Located on Lake Grapevine in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area Grapevine is a city with an estimated population of 46,891 residents. This city gets its name from the wild mustang grapes that grow in the local area. Grape vine is in the Central Standard time zone and has an elevation of 640 feet.
